TIER 1
Body Composition ONLY - for Referrals and Self-Referrals (no consultation or interpretation from Dr. Smith) - $50
TIER 2:
- Initial Body Composition testing with consultation with Dr. Smith - $75
- Repeat Body Composition testing ONLY after initial consultation with Dr. Smith - $25
- Repeat Body Composition testing with consultation with Dr. Smith after initial body composition testing - $50
